The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development have stressed to employers the importance of keeping up to date with forthcoming changes in employment law.

A particular example employers need to be aware of it the likely repeal of the current dispute resolution procedures – which are blamed for over complicating employment tribunals, and also the Governments Employment Simplification bill.

If a new laws sets in and you as an employer are not prepared or aware of the new legislation then you and your business will face serious consequences.

Wes Mason

We would like to wish partner and Tax Saver presenter Wes Mason and his future bride the best of luck for their wedding next week. Wes is off to Italy for his wedding and honeymoon and will be getting married next Friday. On behalf of his colleagues at A4G and his clients we would like to wish him a long and happy marriage.
